I was hunting achievements and i noticed when i picked up a collectible it said 0 collectibles picked up, The collectible disappeared but it did not register that the collectible was picked up so the actual Item is gone so I can’t get it anymore… never seen anything like this… Anybody got an idea how to fix this?
