Hi I would like to see hit point markers, set box colour and map marker for each pick up type and shared xp added to the game.
Hit point marker: as when at a distance from the enemy you can’t tell if bullets are hitting or not.
map marker for each pick up type such as ammo, materials, components, etc: as it’s a pain to search 20 to 30 houses looking for ammo and makes the game boring to play as well as a waste of time.
Shared xp as in the whole team gets the xp for kills and mission completion.
Please may this be added and if anyone would like to discuss other things that can be added to make the game better please feel free to do so as the games a good concept but lacks a few things that will make an awesome game.
When completing a mission, everybody will get the mission XP reward, regardless if they helped with the mission or not.
As far as kill XP goes, that is dynamic, meaning that if you entered into combat but didn’t do anything then you won’t get anything either. There are no free meals in game when it comes to combat.
Hit point marker draw distance by default is about 150m from you. Though, there have been cases where people have seen hit markers as far away as 270m. Note: enemy draw in distance is 400m.
Loot bags/boxes and their random content is core gameplay feature and i don’t see it being remade that drastically.
Also, if you need ammo, look for: dead bodies, cars, garages, bunkers, ammo storages. Houses, sheds and barns don’t have that many loot bags/boxes in them and can be avoided for faster gameplay.
However, GZ is more about exploration and looting than it is for combat. If you don’t like it, perhaps GZ isn’t a game for you. Here, more streamlined game might do better, like Doom: Eternal.
Oo are we talking drawdistance… I’m one of those seeing hitmarkers at “long” distances.
There seems to be a distancelimbo in where hitmarkers dont show up.
These are not exact numbers but lets say:
0-150m shows markers.
At 150.1-200m markers never show anylonger but move a little further away and at 200.1-400m markers once again show up.
Thats how I would describe what I’m seeing ingame, again those are not exact numbers.
Shooting a Rival from Karl Eriks Lighthouse I started the fight at 300m and ended it at 370m observering hitmarkers on every shot.
