“Hold breath” option

Hi! Does anyone know what the “hold breath” option does? I saw it in my key-binds and I can’t figure out it’s purpose.

Reduces weapon sway while scoped-in at the cost of endurance

Wait. You can hold your breath? This isn’t listed on the joypad / console controls.

Also, when firing with “hold breath”, the recoil is far greater, throwing off any aim for the following shots when using sniper rifles.
