Maybe there’s a chain lock…?
Always found it silly to have to pick regular doors anyway. Like, if I didn’t have a lockpick (or lockpicking know-how) in this apocalyptic survival scenario then I’d just smash the window and crawl through.
But I guess our character is too picky, so they’ll just wait until they find a pick or learn how to do it.
