Host No Longer Available

So me and my wife were playing for about 20 minutes before I broke my headphones and we ran off to Walmart to grab another pair.

When we came back now we keep getting an error “Host is no longer available” when she invites me. Tried everything, closing the game, checking for update, restarting both PC’s.

Any advice?

Also as a side note when your WiFi type is set to
Strict or moderate this can severely hinder a connection.
