How can i put the power in the bombshelter back on?

PLS HALP i dont know where to find the power switch need help pls

If you’re at the entrance here go to where my crosshair is:

Once you are there go straight and open the big red door at the end of the hallway:

And the turn on switch is right at my crosshair.
