How do I recycle? It says I need resources to do it?

For example, to break down a flare it says I need 10 resources. What resources?

Some things only recycle if you have a certain number of them. So in this case you need 10 flares to recycle them.

Happy to hear someone asked this question. I felt really stupid not understanding how to scrap some items when first starting this game. The “required resources” should really be changed to “required quantity” for clarification.
