How does sharing your inventory affect the experience of Generation Zero in Multiplayer and will I lose all of my things I currently have gained or not just I’m a bit apprehensive about changing it if this is the case

Everything to do with what you have, minus safehouses, will transfer between different worlds and youll keep everything you picked up in different worlds, provided you let the game save.
