How does the experimental granatgevär work?

Does it fire both shots at once, or can you fire them one by one ?

It fires both at once, and none of them hit exactly where you want…
Works best at short to medium ranges, against tight groups of smaller machines.

It’s meant to be an Anti-Tank weapon but it’s kinda more a obliterator of all machines hunter down. The exp PVG is a better weapon for bigger machines. We really need a more… Rockety weapon. Use it as said above.

If it would have Armor Piercing rounds, then yes. However, since it has High Explosive rounds, it is meant to be against several, lightly armored machines.

In the mission “The Bridge” It says in the logs they are an AT squad I think. You can hear them using the m/49 against a tank as you can recognise the machine gun. A bit weird an AT squad to only have HE

The description of the ammo calls it HEDP High explosive dual purpose “to use against soft and armored targets”

copy from Wikipedia: "Another variant of HEAT warheads has the warhead surrounded with a conventional fragmentation casing, to allow the warhead to be more effectively used for blast and fragmentation attacks on unarmored targets, whilst remaining effective in the anti-armor role. These are sometimes referred to as high-explosive dual-purpose (HEDP) warheads. In some cases, this is merely a side effect of the armor-piercing design. In other cases, this dual role ability is a specific part of the design. "

Yes, it does say that in the mission log.

Perhaps they were out of HEAT rounds and what they only had, were HEDP rounds?
