I quit playing GZ right before the final update and stuff, so I came back and started playing again but now base defense isn’t the three microphone things by the central truck, I may be stupid for asking this, but a response would be appreciated.
Go to your claimed control point and build a chemical lab or drill, or furnace. Each control point has only one the these three.
The Chemical lab
Let’s say Control Point Älgbacken. Here you can build a chemical lab.
- step 1. Build the resources machine (Chemical lab in this case)
- step 2. Find the buttons on the lab.
- step 3. push button to activate
- step 4. Choose what level base defence you want. Low setting, medium setting or High setting.
Then protect the lab and your base until it’s over. ( I suggest low setting to learn)
Remember: On the truck in your base is a button to repair everything.
The Furnace
For instance Storskogen has a furnace.
- step 1: Build the resources machine
- step 2: This furnace you need to load it with a 100 units of metal. To do this stand in front of it and press Inspect / inventory. Then transfer metal from your inventory to the furnace (100 units).
- step 3. push button to activate
- step 4. Choose what level base defence you want. Low setting, medium setting or High setting.
The choice of metal determines what resources you get back.
During the base defence the furnace will frequently overheat. You need to open the hatch on the furnace to vent the heat, so keep an eye on that.
The Drill
- step 1. Build the resources machine (Drill in this case)
- step 2. Find the buttons on the Drill.
- step 3. push button to activate
- step 4. Choose what level base defence you want. Low setting, medium setting or High setting.
