Okay I’m at my base and I built the furnace and I tried to activate a base defense Mission but the furnace says not fully loaded what am I supposed to do?
I believe you have to fill the whole storage up with either uranium, aluminum, or tungsten, which should be a total of 100 resources
With the drill it’s obvious, it will drill in the ground.
But why don’t we need to fill up the chemical lab or the other way around, why do we need to fill the furnace? A popup choice when you press the button showing what you have in storage and asking what you want to refine.

What is the difference between low, medium and high?

That’s the difficulty of the defense mission, I believe you get more material for a higher setting

I have Aluminium 1460, Tungsten 1251, Uranium 260 plus 96 in the FTEL box 356. Still cannot load the furnace
And, at least last time I did it, I had to pick the ressources from recycling station and carry them to the furnace.
