Human NPCs (SPOILER)

I’m a ps4 player so just being able to play would be nice, But moving forward This is something I would like see.
There’s this one mission involving a crows nest and a 50 cal you can get from a dead sniper, Now instead of clearing out more robots, make that dead sniper like a rogue soldier, And no I don’t mean in the toilet sense :crazy_face:.
Bring him to life and you have to kill him to get that gun.
Maybe they could make it so some of the best weapons are on on NPCs, Or even a gold tier weapon found on tanks or harvesters that some how got tangled up on there cables, Obviously you wouldn’t know which ones were holding, And that would be the fun of it.
Maybe add a few land mines or trip wires in that are left over from the war in the woodlands, maybe robots that drop land mines, Make you think twice about going of track.
Anyone have any thoughts.

I feel Human NPCS would ruin the feel of the game.

I get what your saying, And if you guys feel that way there are probably quite a few more people that would agree with you.
Got a few days of, wanting to play GZ but I can’t, I hope they fix PS4 soon, I can wait, But I was just getting into it.

I think it would depend on how it’s done. If the game world includes only a few stragglers, then it could benefit the game.

I’m a supporter of the home base idea, and it would be cool if there was maybe 10-20 survivors in the game and once you rescue them, they appear in your base.

After all, the story isn’t that the players are the only people left on earth or even the country.

i don’t want to save people just so they can hang out at the base while i do all the dirty work.

you are right though, if done right it could work. seeing other survivors would make it seem like there is still a world to save.

I like the survivor idea, But it does get annoying in games when they sit around doing nothing.
Maybe if they go down the crafting route with home base, And used the survivors idea, maybe certain ones could have a specialist skill that helps you in some way, like in Conan exiles, if you’ve played it.
Or maybe not :thinking:

Well, my idea was that the base would fill a function in the game. That the more people you save, the more features become active. Like if the game would include vehicles, you’d need a certain quantity of saved survivors to be able to return said vehicles to working order.
Or if you have enough, you can call in air-strikes from the airforce.

But from what we saw, it looks like there is no more Air Force.

Liking the air strike idea, maybe use the existing flares or a beacon of some sort to target.

I don’t know about you, But i’ve Only completed half the map and 4 bunkers, So I actually don’t know the full story, I’ve got an idea from what I’ve seen :thinking:

How so? All we’ve seen in the game is one air force regiment being taken over before most planes managed to get off the ground. There’s like one plane that was shot down, considering how intact it was, and how close to said regiment, it must’ve been damaged during take off.

The game’s quite bad at letting players know the bigger picture, but I find it highly unlikely that the robots have conquered all of Sweden.
