Playing on Xbox, when fighting Hunters I’ve seen them literally multiply out of one. Looking at one hunter, then another comes out of it. Hunters also seem to show up randomly out of nowhere when in combat and they also glitch through walls and even into tunnels in the bunkers.

When you say that they multiply out of one, do you have a video of this I can see please?
The point of the hunters are that they will hide until you are in their trap and then jump at you. 
I will try to get a capture next time i see it happen.
