I can´t take the Medikit, and why its above the Hood, it must be at down on ground
Just jump upon the kitchen cupboard and you’ll be able to grab it from the right position and angle…

Yes, unfortunately, this is normal in GZ. Happens with many items. You need to pick them from above.
You’ll also notice that you need to take a certain angle to be able to open car doors.

Not realy, i stand ever in the middle of the door from car to open it, und it goes perfectly
