I can't win xp after level 31

I just haven’t gained xp after level 31. I don’t think that’s the limit, how do I develop all the skills ?! There is also no option to reset the points. Has anyone noticed this ?! Annoying, isn’t it ?!

Yeah makes me sad. We are all hoping for some type of respec option. It’s been talked about a lot.
