I guess this game is no longer worth playing

I am still playing the game, as well. I’m guessing that whatever happened that soured my taste for the game was a temporary glitch. It may have had more to do with either my internet connection, or my system. Whatever the case, the problem of frequent non-loot drops seems to have been reduced to a far less frequent occurrence. I did love the fact that after you reach Level 25, another area of the map becomes available to explore and fight as it’s part of a new (if short) story. And yes, there are still plenty of areas on the map that I have not explored…so that keeps me coming back. That, and my quest for other Experimental or Special weapons.

I think, if there is one thing I would have loved to see the devs address, it is the ease in which one can lose their favorite weapons/items. There should’ve been a “Favorites” system implemented into the game. By Favoriting a weapon or item, it would be impossible to drop or accidentally recycle that item until it is unFavorited. However, one could still Store the weapon/item.

At least the devs removed the ability to drop something of your inventory to other loot boxes.
I personally never had the issue you described. I carefully look at what I recycle or throw away, but in the past my mate accidently dropped his first exp pvg and his first exp sledgehammer to some machines wreck while picking up loot… And didn’t find where he dropped it. And many others reported similar. This has gladly been fixed.

I actually liked that feature, it was easier to find loot we could no longer carry anymore in a downed enemy than finding that small backpack somewhere.
But…considering machines bodies now disappear a lot faster…its good they removed that.
