I have a couple of questions :)

So far, I have a hard time understanding the saves in this game. I’m assuming that it autosaves when you enter a safehouse, but every time I enter the safehouse, quit, then load in again I’m in a different spot missing some of my things. Is it meant to save when you get to the safehouse, or is there another thing I’ve misunderstood about it?

Next is every time I try to load into my friends game, I’m always back at the docks. I don’t know how to prevent that, or at least work around it.

If anyone can help me out with these I’d really appreciate it!

It should save whenever you enter a safe house look for the symbol in the upper right corner of your screen
Sometimes to be safe, even if I am in a safe house I will fast travel to the same safehouse before logging off.

The docks area is where you should start out everytime you join someone else’s game.

It also saves when you drop or pick objects up (just keep an eye on the top right hand corner to confirm this for your platform)
