So a couple days probably Oct 26 my alpine unrest was gone when the Halloween event happened this year and I checked the store It says I have bought it but I don’t have it I tried checking if I had anything to download but nothin

How exactly did you notice that the DLC doesn’t work?
Was it purchased with the same account you’re playing on?
Did you try to reinstall the game?
Yes on the same account I will try redownloading the game when I get home at like 4 pm contact me at 5 or 4:30
Oh and also you can see that my emotes and himjfall challenges are gone but it’s bought just wanted to let you know a bit

when you log into the game you should see downloads option on the main menu, look to see if it has a check mark. if it does then it is there, you may have to progress to the first safe house with a storage box for everything to kick in, if it is not check marked then either it didn’t auto download, you didn’t wait long enough for it to download, or you have to contact sony for help.
That’s really weird somehow.
The DLCs for GZ not really are DLCs (downloadable contents), as all the needed stuff already is in the game. That’s why you can also play with players where some own DLCs and others don’t.
So it’s just a matter of permission, which you get by buying it.
The question is, where the permission is saved at or checked against at.
You could try to make a backup of the safegame file on an USB drive, delete it from the cloud and your console and start a new game.
If it works, try to restore the safegame file. Additionally you can send the file to the support for checking it.
hmm, seems you can see whether the game is seeing the download while ingame too just by hitting start> downloadable content and it shows what the game is (should be) recognizing as downloadables.
I have checked downloadable content it says I don’t have it I press x on it and it says purchased I managed game content and all I have is just fnix rising that’s it
sounds like its time to contact sony support. they are usually very helpful
