I'm out of love... :(

Not kidding, I cannot give anymore love to posters…
So sad. :smiley:

Per 24h, user with “Member” status should be able to give out 50x likes (loves). Once the forum server resets (don’t know at what time), you can post your another set of 50x likes. Also, the higher your “Trust Level” is within forums, the more likes you can give out per day.

I always try to like only kind of special posts. Like… preventing inflation/devaluation or our currency.

Facebook started that whole Like thing and now, a lot of sites also offer the Like (or Love as it is here) feature. I rarely give Like/Love, unless i truly like what was said/shown.

Oh, one problem I have with it is that I am missing a “Thank you” button. If people provide information on a question, I use the “like” to say thank you. I’d prefer these two responses to be represented by distinct buttons/icons.

I like (almost) all of you :heart:

But @pegnose has a good point. I often give “love” when I actually mean “thank you”. If someone replies to a question I’ve asked, I almost always give “love” in appreciation. When someone provides new information about the game, “love”. When someone raises a question, I never considered myself, “love”. When a new guy arrives with a positive attitude, “love”. When @Zesiir deals out fair justice (almost always), “love”. When someone “love” me, usually “love” in return. And when someone makes me laugh, lots of “love”.

But perhaps we tend to “love” certain people a bit too much, perhaps even by default, because you sympathize with them. That is perhaps abuse of the like-system. So no “love” to @pegnose, @Aesyle, or @0L0 from me in this tread even though I think you deserve it :wink:

These limits exist for a reason, you know?

But… but… but…
There just is not enough love on this planet…
I want to share more love… :stuck_out_tongue:

Peace, y’all. XD

I think I should be loved just for being who I am… I think of myself as being independently and intrinsically loveable. And I’m sure you all agree. And in fact, in retrospect, I think some of you are feeling guilty just now (and quite rightly), so I think you should go back over the forum and find all my posts where you have signally failed to show me your love, and love me. Okay? :sunglasses:

@Bootie
EXACTLY.
Hence I want to ‘throw love around’. :smiley:
I love this community.
Sure, we make the odd error, be a bit less polite every so often (having a bad day or another emotional happening that obscures general politeness/friendliness) (and we all know, I am surely one of these!), but overall… DAMN fine community.

@kakarron
To me it is not about what one writes or states, but about appreciating the person.
I like posts that oppose my point of views just the same… :wink:
Thank you brother.
