You either speak to one of the resistance members in the Ringfort, or else look at the warboard in the Ringfort. Can’t remember which, but if, you’ve done the initial base defense part of the Ringfort and have access to the underground passage (and the other resistance members), it should be available…

OK. I’ll check that as soon as I get access to the warboard. Actually the door, where Veronika initially sits in front off, is still locked.
