Excuse the doubts, they may be silly, but I would like to know in which area there are more medical kits to collect because I have been left with 10. They are too few to venture out there alone. Any Initial Zone ?? thanks

Search everything - cars, houses, barns, garages, destroyed machines, trucks, shipping containers.
There is no âgood spotâ to find med kits, because they are literally everywhere

Houses usually contain simple first aid kits while in army camps, you can find standard ones. Here, i mean those that are lying around, on their own.
As far as getting them from loot bags/boxes, look into loot bags. The big green wooden box, at bunkers, can contain advanced ones as well.
For specific spots: SE from Yttervik safehouse (if you havenât been there yet), at 4330; 2360, is a good, early spot for first aid kits. And from that spot, more towards East, you should find boat with some more first aid kits.

There is also a good location nearby the Saltholmen bunker (safehouse) to pick up a fair amount of med kits (and flares). Just keep right after exiting the bunker you find a fenced area with a truck and a garage.
Both outside and inside the garage there are laying med kits around and they even seem to respawn.

The Archipelago region typically has a lot of simple medkits and adrenaline. Every couple of days I will go back and farm it to get more. Put some music on, ride a bike and jam out supply farming. One of the few areas a bike is easy to get around
