In the unmarked church safe house on the peninsula you can walk into the central two columns from the back.
This is on PC.

I can confirm this bug is on PS4 as well, as I have encountered it during a play-through. I can only assume this same issue is one Xbox.
The “outward” facing half of all pillars in all churches are non-solid.
