When I started this topic almost 5 years ago, I began with asking what the small concrete “pillboxes” on Himfjäll were. Click here to see.
Now that question has finally been answered. They are indeed elevators to underground complexes, like some people thought back then as well.
Just thought I’d share that thought as I remembered this topic from way back. 
(And I also figured this was a legitimate reason to resurrect this topic!)
