A lot of people have been complaining about the lack of inventory space. So why not make things like a backpack or a pouch. It would be in your normal inventory, but when you click on it you would have a option to view its inventory and store things in it. There could lots of different storage ideas ranging from a simple pouch to a military grade backpack.
We could have that or instead we could have the standard inventory upgrade system we have now combined with the cosmetic idea of a school rucksack and military rucksack appearing on the back of your character depending on how many perk points you put into upgrading your inventory space (up to 2).
What about you hack a robot which can carry items for you while he is following you? He can also get damaged and you have to hack another one if necessary.
Or a simple stash box at the safe houses
Both are good ideas.
I’ve suggested adding vehicles and giving them storage space, so you can go to a town, loot a bunch of stuff and take them to your “base”.
