I don’t know if anyone else has been seeing this problem but it’s painfully obvious. any time for example I take something out of an inventory it’ll appear as if nothing was actually taken out and that’s because the display for the item I’ve taken out just stays there and covers over the next item in the row. I’ve also just recently noticed that when I go to loot enemies there’s just nothing in their inventory and it’s sometimes random might be every now and then or it might happen four times in a row.

tagging items helps to get around this until they patch it, I have the same promblem
also, make sure to always press up & down upon opening anything
