Starting at 1:22, the player Mojo-Jojo seems to be firing well beyond the Automatgevär 4’s ammo capacity. He only stops for a second to equip a scope.
There have been “trainers” available since launch that will give you perks like unlimited ammo, health, stamina, XP, etc. This is likely what you’re seeing here. If you check the guy’s stats, I bet his skill points are all maxed out as well.

I had some random dude join in my game on launch day and saw all his skills were maxed out despite him being Level 3 or something ridiculous low like that. I went and googled it a bit and discovered there are a few of these hacks for the game available.
