Here, i just want deploy companion and i got crash instantly, its the 2nd time today

Hi , would you mind providing your save file so that we can investigate what the crash is? 
Kill a tank or any big one. Click to loot and things wiggle & hang & then drop out to the error message above. “F has stopped working”
Think I might have figured it out. I started watching my companion. I think he was looting the same time as me and that might be where the error happened. I stopped and let him finish looting and then took the loot from him and have not been errored since. Mybe only one should be allowed to loot… like the one that gets there first. When I don’t have him deployed I do not have a problem.
