I had a small EMP cel, that I could not get out of my inventory. Not in the recycling station, or in the Plundra. It showed as being an attachment to my HP5 (but wasn’t of course). When I tried to drop it, it would drop 1 bullet instead, but keep the EMP cel.
It corrected itself after restarting the game.
I have had this before, where items could not be removed.
