Just completed the game solo, and now I want to go coop

Apart from one bugged mission I’ve completed all of them yesterday playing solo, and now I plan to do some coop.

So here are my questions:

Will this (completed missions, discovered locations and items) break other peoples games?
How looting works in coop?
Will I be able to replay missions that I’ve completed?

You’ll be able to join in someone else’s game and play through their missions. However, you will bring anything you had in your inventory into their game with you, and all you’ll be able to access all the safe houses you’ve unlocked in your game as well. So if you’re playing with a friend who’s just starting out, you’ll be OP as can be.

If you host a coop game, anyone joining in will be joining your completed game.

Really the only way to do it and experience the game coop “from scratch” is to wipe your existing saves and start over. Then you’d be able to invite friends to join into your new game.

OK, I’ve tried it today for about 1,5h and everything was working fine, except for ammo boxes (but that’s already in the bug reports section).

The ammo box bug is annoying. Guests in a game always encounter this issue. Loot boxes and dead soldiers are mostly bugged and will give very little ammo of use. Typically if you find something, it’s .32 ACP soft point or bird shot.

I find the loot drops from tanks and harvesters are poor for game clients as well. I often play with friends. We’ll take down one of the big robots, the host is getting high level wepons and attachments (sometimes multiple) and large ammo drops, while all guests are seeing either seeing no loot at all, or 1x .50 BMG FMJ round and 1 useless smoke rocket.
