[Known issue] PS4 crash

Hi everyone!
Since I’m seeing dozens of posts about the same topic, I thought I’d remind you all of rule 1: no duplicate content.

The PS4 crash on startup bug is known and being worked on.

If you have this bug, you may set the button that says “normal” below this post to “tracking” or “watching” or simply reply below and I’ll keep you posted as well as I can.

The devs will be in touch as soon as they know more about when it will be fixed.

A lot of new members including myself duo to new newly released patch, perhaps you can redo the banner on the site, Generation zero / completely broken on consoles but we are working on it

Otherwise a lot of new threads which similar content will pop up until people can continue to enjoy the game.

Is there a timeframe for the fix? Long weekend comin* up and some of us who actually have jobs would like to use the free time for some gaming

I would love some updates on how the fix is going, more updates than just “we have duplicated the problem and are working on a fix.” (Not exact quote.)

Did you think they were just gonna snap all the bugs away in 6 hours? This stuff is difficult, and devs also have to get some rest at some point. I already said you were gonna be updated as soon as there are news.

I’ve seen dozens of bugs that have been reported and still not been fixed.

Listen fix the game. If the game was working you wouldn’t be getting all these post.

I never said it didn’t have any bugs? I literally say all the time that bugfixes take time and all of them will be addressed eventually. Fix your tone when talking to other community members.

Would really like a refund bought a game i cant play and they should put it on there website that the game does not work. Nothing more enraging then spending 60$ and not being able to play at all didnt even start the game yet because i can’t

Maybe, but they can’t undo the release now, can they? All they can do is make the best of the situation as it is right now and I think that’s what they’re doing

Is there anyway we can have the previous update back and carry on playing the game while the team works on the 1.05 update? Because i love and miss the game.

PS users should get something like a t-shirt or skill points for dealing with this like don’t get me wrong I love this game but it isn’t fair to us

Just spent four fucking hours downloading this game excited as fuck to play with my friends and we all finish the download to find out this shit doesn’t even work how the fuck did the devs get away w posting a broken ass game on the PS store w/o any warning or fine print or EA sticker this is fr bullshit getting my money back and never fucking w this game company again

At least you went digital and can get a refund. This experience has made me reconsider buying discs since I can only exchange it for another copy.
