Small dev team…the team that worked on Rage 2, Just Cause 4, sure. No one expects a miracle to happen and the game to be perfect. We do however expect the product we paid for to at least function. World War Z released at the same time this game did, by a smaller studio, and yet it works, and is 1000 times more polished. All we seem to get are excuses, and 0 results, so yes I hope every dev at this studio never makes a game again. They deserve for their studio to go under. Its past time the game was refunded, and pulled from psn.

Yes, some comments are indeed a little harsh, but I don’t want people to feel like I’m shutting them down. I take each comment seriously and will try to respond accordingly. If it gets too toxic, I will take action, but for now, I feel like this is the best way to handle this.

It’s the same company, but the company is split into different and variably sized teams dependent on which and how many projects they have at the moment

The size of the team does not matter. If the project is beyond them, as it seems that it is. Then its time for them to refund the customers who they scammed out of their money with a defective product.

You have every right and the possibility to ask for a refund!
They never said they couldn’t fix the bug please im only trying to inform you that the team working on it is much much smaller than those on the just cause and rage series patients is the key here not blaming the devs to get a refund i suggest before buying games you also do some research you will find tons of videos explaining some bugs crashes etc.
Edit: if you truly see fit though refunds are options i believe its not the best option for this situation however

Sony does not give refunds. And patience died Tuesday. They’ve had over 2 days now, to fix a problem that if they had properly tested the patch on ps4 would never have rolled out. So I have a digital paperweight that can’t be refunded cause according to sony i downloaded it, and devs that the only progress from them has been excuses. And people defending them like they’re friends. They sold a defective product to customers. There really needs to be digital consumer protection put in place by governments so companies face real consequences for selling defective alpha builds as if they were full games,.

Sorry, I didn’t know Sony doesn’t give out refunds. In that case, all you can do is wait for it to get better

as i understand it from your post , this is not a issue of the ps4 crash but of a refund from sony .

True this page was set up for the players that have ps4 to add and watch for bug fixe’s now it’s just a rant ’ how is a new player supposed to know what’s going on , . I am not siding i have this Bug also , and have had bug’s since release . So point’s made , can we just wait on info now ,

come on now mr peaceSony does give refunds within a certain time i got a refund on rainbow six deluxe edition when i found out i personally didnt like gameplay i jad gotten a full refund and if your account is set up you also get emails of your purchase with the option to file for a refund so please dont make up lies about sony not giving refunds to people

I don’t know how it could slip past QA, but those things happen sometimes. REALLY unlucky that it was such a big issue that managed to find a way into the live version:/
