Hey I just bought the game and have been playing for about a month. I’ve beat the game and gotten every experimental about 10 times through. Is there any reason why I cant get the experimental kvm? I saw it was permanently added back in June but is it the same for xbox as other consoles?
It is just rare. It was added back in for FNIX Rising for every platform

KVM 59 is the experimental I’ve found the most times, actually. And the strange thing is, I most often find them on Hunter rivals.
I found mine on my second rival after reaching level 25 on my last playthrough, you probably just have bad luck
