Steps To Reproduce:
Play for a while (30 minutes or so), go to the area populated by enemies and/or snow is falling. FPS drops significantly, making the game painful to play. Often happens in a bunker with flashlight enabled, especially if there are a lot of enemies outside. Short FPS drops happen all the time, when running, reloading, etc. doesn’t seem to be related to the environment (enemies/weather), you can see these in the begging of first video
