Latest -Things I would like to see

Very large above ground facilities other than warehouses. Public buildings, schools, Postal service, hospitals, police stations, convenient stores, Aldi or whatnot. More three plus story buildings. Such as grain elevators and drive in movie theater screen buildings.

Put interiors inside all the shops and stores that we have already.

Maybe reach out to the community and provide them with a tool that can allow them to design interiors of buildings using existing game assets. Not engine access, but maybe a tool to assist with the work load. (See Fallout 4)

Better quality/larger loot chests and lower the amount of lootable boxes/ Chests. Make finding a loot chest more meaningful by making them rarer with a lot more stuff in them.

Its super tedious looking in every car/house/barn/garage in order to find basic stuff. The Chests should have all weaponry, attachments, Ammo. Everything else should be in the environment.
For Example: Homes, (Bathrooms have med kits, adrenaline, and hairpins) (Garage, Car Batteries, Propane tanks, fireworks, etc…) (Cars, Should have car batteries and flares.)(Hospitals: Better health packs and team health boxes.)(Military bases, Ammo Boxes and higher quality Ammo Field Radios.)

Add a way to utilize the dead robots to create, armor or better yet cybernetic enhancements to your character.

Crafting remote triggered/crafted traps. For example: Boom Box, Garage Door opener and Craft that together and allow the player to use the Garage Door opener to trigger the trap. The player can then put the gas tanks/mines/whatnot down trigger the lure from range and shoot the traps when needed.

I would like the ranges on all the weapons increased substantially. The Rifles should be accurate up to 750 meters. The BMG round rifles should be accurate up to a kilometer or more. Right now it seems 400 meters is maximum for bullet travel. It does not seem very realistic.

Create AP rounds or HEAT rounds that actually can penetrate armor. Right now it just seems like that these rounds dont matter because if you are not hitting one of the designated weak spots on the bot, the AP rounds are pretty much worthless.

Real limb damage to the bots, Blowing off arms and legs to slow or stop them. Shooting joints and hoses should mess with the bots mobility.

The range thing on guns is definitely something I noticed as well, since my general playstyle is fire support, I often sit far behind my teammates and snipe the robots. I do regularly find out that I’m out of range, which is pretty annoying

Actually, public buildings like police stations and stuff like that DOES exist in the game, although I do agree they should have interiors.

Great idea to have more items in the environment.

Generic setpiece structures are annoying. Don’t know how often I would see a structure on the map, went out of my way to find it, only for it to be a setpiece that can’t be interacted with.

It would have been nice to have a wider variety of buildings and layouts, as well as having all buildings explorable.

I know they do, But I meant being able to go in them and get specific specialized gear/weapons for each of those. Finding better med packs and adrenaline in hospitals. Finding police style armor and what not in police stations. etc…

Agreed. They should have interiors. I dont care if they repeat or not.

Indeed. I could deal with the limited variety there is now if these generic set pieces could be interacted with. It would add more variety.

Seriously, it’s gets hard to know if you’ve been somewhere or not because you visit the same 5 houses over and over again. It’s like the Swedes are buying their houses from IKEA.

We definitely need hospitals as scrambling through houses for medkits is such a time waster in single player.

The return of the grid inventory. Optional toggle, or just dump the new UI entirely.

I’m finding that one can carry a lot more than the grid system allowed, also you can be overweight. I like that better.
Edit: I’d like to add that the tedium of checking every house in Klinte, or checking every room in the bunker barracks (where you find the quarters, mess hall, showers, etc) is extremely tedious. I am usually assured that I will walk away more than fully restocked, possibly with some new gear, but the thought of having to loot all those places can feel exhausting. Not making an argument, just posting how I feel.

Maybe in future we can send NPC to scavenge runs. Send them to search diffirent type of supplies. Ammo, medical, crafting, etc
Time real time based. Maybe you could even gear up those NPC and that would affect success rate % of the scacenge mission.
Team fails and they loose the equipment.

Convoys, military camps and locked buildings already count as big loot boxes for the nicer stuff.

I would like to see new robots, and I’d like to see Veronika Nillson in person.
