I have got recently a gold 12 pump from a harvester in Stenmyra. Now killing plenty of machines to get a sjogren shotgun but without luck 
I know you get a Level 4 Sjögren Semi-auto from the mission The Old Guard, but other than that you’ll have to get lucky with drops 
Yeah, it is guaranteed, not bad, but golden is better
