My playstation Randomly died out on me, i had to reinstall the whole system again,
afterwards, i reloaded the application with my previous progress from before and lost a whole month worth of progress and years of having my base… is there an way to regain access or an older game-file/save??

There is just the cloud saved safegame file.
If that was a month old, you should have backed up more often.
If your local file was newer, but got deleted or destroyed when your playstation crashed, there is no way to restore it.
