I was trying to fix a audio bug, deleted the non reserved space file on Xbox series x. I do this on fallout 76 and it doesn’t delete my whole save. I tried it on this and my whole 150+ hours at least gone … I’m at a lose. Any chance I can recover??

Isn’t there a savegame-synchronisation / online-backup of savegames?
On Playstation I never got problems with savegames because of that.
Otherwise I guess, what’s gone is gone. 
Yeah sadly not for Xbox, but I started fresh and used my point better, just lost all my experimental weapons🙄 have two so far
