I have almost 500 hours played in generation zero, almost 500 hours, I had almost everything and I say almost because I only lacked clothing plans, I stopped playing to wait for more updates and I had to uninstall the game due to a problem I had with steam,
what’s going on? That I reinstall Generation Zero and I lose my progress 500 hours of game thrown in the trash all for not saving my progress properly and if I had activated STEAM CLOUD everything seemed to be fine that’s why I decided to uninstall the game without fear of losing progress now I see that I was wrong, why play this game.
If only you had made regular manual saves of the save-file folder on your PC.
However, there might still be a backup file

Welcome to the forum Fucrock, sorry for what you did caused you issues. Your game SAVE files are on your computer and are not part of the uninstall when you go through Steam to uninstall the game. The game save files are not in the same directory as your game. If you manually deleted the save files, then that is on you and not the game. That is if you are on PC.
If you manually deleted the save game files, have you looked in your recycle bind for them?
