Machine tick spawn cap

Not sure if this is a bug or something but I’m having an issue where hunters spawn endless ticks which lag my game and cause it to crash. My solution to this problem is to have a cap on how many ticks a hunter, tank or harvester can spawn. I would say 4- 8 is good for hunters and 10- 16 for harvesters and maybe the same or a little more for tanks. Let me know what youse all think.
