With all the BUGS in this game, the least you ( ya you whoever you are) the least you could do is give us game save slots so that when the bug monster screws things up, we could go back a save or two and restart.
I just contined a game to find that one of my best active weapons was gone …poof, gone in a cloud of BUG s**t.

I know Steam and PS4 have an option for back up save data. However, Xbox one does not. USB stick for back up data is not an option for Xbox one due of modding and cheating.
Xbox have two different save data options you can use is hard drive or cloud save data. Surprisingly, Generation Zero does not have an option where you can choose physical hard drive or cloud save data where many Xbox games have. The problem is a save data is saved for 4 characters in one which is a bad idea.
It is kind of ridiculous that we have to fiddle around on the operation system level in order to preserve our progress.
