Map dragging/zooming sound effect bugged

Description: Sometimes map dragging/zooming sound effect persist even you stopped dragging/zooming

Steps To Reproduce: It appears randomly when you dragging/zooming the map

Host or Client: host/singleplayer

Players in your game: only myself

Specifications: RTX2080Ti 11G ; i9-9900k; MSI MEG z390 ACE; 4266 c-19 8G*2

:thinking: I never noticed any sound effect zooming of dragging the map. Never knew that that existed.
Maybe the bug is that there is a sound effect?
