I am currently at what appears to be St. Anna Church. The map marker, however, is elsewhere.

Unknown; I can only say that I have visited St. Anna Church today and did the quest there.
I had this yesterday, too: the marker for Beredskapsförad 119 showed “Bergrum Vargen”, a location slighly north-west of BF 119, where I had been shortly before.
