Just play and it randomly happends

Specifications:
It happends when i solo play or team co-op. It just randomly drops the fps like its going to crash and then runs normal again for a 2 or 3 minutes and then drops again. Makes game unplayable. I have no other problem with any other game regarding FPS drop.
