The artillery fire targetting Måsskär resistance base (archipelago region) that was the teaser for Fnix Rising is now active again.
I have completed the Fnix Rising DLC and this should prevent any further shelling of the resistance base.
steps to reproduce
walk to måsskär, when you get close to the bridge that leads to the resistance base, you´ll notice the incomming artillery shell as well as a big explosion.
Since when you can build one, you can build another, especially since 1st one was blown up.
