Medkits stuck to player's hand with a handgun equipped

Description: Advanced First Aid Kits stick to character’s hand with the handgun equipped

Steps To Reproduce: Unsure, last incident was Use an Adv. F.A. kit and pull out a handgun

I have seen this happen with medkits flares those things you get from seakers.

Open your menu and scroll threw your inventory then close the menu and it should disappear

I have no idea what causes it myself
