Can I ask you to add a feature to where we can choose mics. It keeps choosing my headphone mic which makes the sound quality horrendous.
Hmm… did you check your speaker settings ? Sometimes there are weird effects when choosing some of the additional audio effects like 5.1 or 7.1 etc. on a normal 2 speaker setup or headphones.
Can’t think of anything else right now… 
Edit /P.S.: maybe check your microphone settings, too and try to disable it if enabled.
