Mission Bug (Minken) 100% completed but locked Area

I still have a Problem with the Minken Bunker Mission.
I finished the Mission in Multiplayer with 100% but when unplay solo After June Update the Areas that i Open while doing the Mission are still locked. So i cant Enter the Missionboard in this Bunker.

It’s the same for some different Missions.
Ive been locked in the Safehouse because i Never opend the doof in Singleplayer but i already Unlock the Safehouse

My Uttern Bunker is experiencing this. I can spawn at the safe room but everything is locked because power is off. I can go to the nearest safe house, come back in the main entrance and re-enable the power, but everything is still locked.
