With the upcoming Mountain revamp , the only places with no new interiors or with an “old” house design will be located in the towns and villages of the South Coast Region, only Källeby and Fiskebäck have been Modernized/Revamped.
I hope that after finishing the Mountain region and as long it does not affect game stability the devs can modernize these beautiful villages/towns (just dont destroy them like Asö please).
