Mods for PC game

If you play on the PC and want a tougher game as I know some here do, I can suggest visiting Nexus Mods where a couple of downloads remove many of the HUD elements, thus increasing immersion and a “Hard Mode” mod deletes adrenaline as well as making enemies tougher.

For changed visuals I now use one of the “clear vision” mods that removes the bokeh and DOF effects as well as a mod that allows increased scoped view speed via the mouse so allowing better close combat using red-dot and Magnus .44 scopes.

Mods are allowed, they’re just not supported. From what’s been said during the Q&A Stream, Apex engine isn’t very mod-friendly, and since much is changed with every monthly patch downloading mods for older versions of the game may mess it up.

I’m a supporter of Nexus Mods myself. If you want to play on the safe side, make sure the mods are up to date with the game.
