after i updated my game i can’t move , because it says movement disabled can some one plz help me ?

New update brought new inventory and also weight system. If you are way above your weight limit, you can not move. To be able to move, you need to drop enough stuff to the ground.
Also, forum search would’ve gave you the answer. Like so: Movement deactivated
